End-to-end​

  1. Optional Online admissions / Inquiries intake
  2. New Admission or Admit student wizard (photo, class, stream)
  3. Learner subjects for the active term
  4. Guardians (Add guardian)
  5. House allocation when houses exist
  6. Account credentials (copy now) and optional parent invite
  7. Later: Move student when class/stream changes

Common mistakes​

  • Empty report cards when learner subjects were never registered
  • Moving a learner without updating class/stream filters elsewhere
  • Import without Download template first
  • Treating Alumni or Departed as active for fees or attendance
  • Expecting a guardian row alone to create a parent login
