Who does what​

End-to-end​

  1. Confirm learner subjects exist and marks are published
  2. Generate report cards - year/term; teachers must pick a class; admins may filter class/stream/title
  3. Print - choose whether to stamp your profile signature on every page
  4. Release the term (teachers: for their class only)

Common mistakes​

  • Empty cards when learner subjects were never registered
  • Generating while marks are still unpublished
  • Missing photos falling back to gender placeholders (surprise at print)
  • Printing or expecting portal cards before term release
  • Blank subject lines when registrations do not match the exam set
