Store locations (rooms/stores) used by receipts, transfers, and stocktakes.

Dependencies​

  • Create locations before GRN/fulfillment.
  • Keep names stable once used on movements.

Steps​

  1. Open Locations at /finance/stores/locations as FINANCE.
  2. Add location with a clear name, then save.
  3. Edit location when labels change. Search locations as the list grows.
  4. Use locations on GRNs, transfers, and stocktakes.
  5. Do not delete a location with stock - transfer first.
