  • Keep vaccine names consistent for reports.

Steps​

  1. Open Vaccinations at /health/vaccinations as NURSE.
  2. Click Record vaccination. Select Student, Vaccine, Date given, Dose, Notes, then save.
  3. Review Date, Student, Vaccine, Dose, Notes.
  4. Export summaries from Medical Reports when needed.
  5. Confirm guardian consent offline per school policy before recording.
